1. Who is responsible for your data

This website is owned and operated by Marta Ortigosa, an independent designer based in Zaragoza, Spain. For any privacy-related enquiry you can contact me at martaortigosadecarlos@gmail.com.

2. What data is collected and why

This site does not collect any personal data directly. No contact form, registration, or purchase flow exists on this website. The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a service provided by Google LLC. When you visit, GA4 collects anonymised information about your visit, which may include:

Pages visited and time spent on each page
Approximate geographic location (country or city level)
Device type, operating system, and browser
Referral source (how you arrived at the site)

This data is used exclusively to understand how visitors interact with the portfolio, in order to improve its content and usability. It is not used to identify you personally.

3. Legal basis for processing

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the legal basis for using analytics cookies is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Analytics cookies are only placed on your device after you accept them via the cookie consent banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 4).

4. Your rights and how to manage cookies

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of any personal data held about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Because this site does not collect personal data directly, most of these rights are exercised via Google. You can manage or withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time by:

Clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of this site
Installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on
Adjusting your browser’s cookie settings to block or delete cookies

5. Data transfers outside the EU

Google Analytics 4 may transfer data to servers outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and processes data under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. Hosting

This site is hosted by Hostinger (UAB “Hostinger”, Švitrigailos g. 34, Vilnius, Lithuania). Hostinger may process server logs that include your IP address for security and performance purposes. These logs are governed by Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.

7. Data retention

Analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for 14 months by default. You can request deletion at any time by contacting me at the address in section 1.
